These can be based on Standards you need to attain or Professional Standards like the CSTP, CPSEL, CAPE or TPE. We have adapted this work and implemented it in several states.
Competence in professional standards
Do you want to know how competent your teachers or principals are as they leave your program and move into the field? We can help you with that. We have surveys that will help you assess competence in all Professional Standards.
Teacher placement surveys
Do you want to find out if your teachers are placed appropriately and identify where improvements in their context might enhance student achievement and teacher attitude? We can help with that. This survey will identify what might make teaching challenging (prep. time, materials, technology, curricular decision, support, workload, etc.), and ascertain the extent that certain contexts impact teacher attitudes, as well as identify what improvements might compel more positive results for students and teachers.
Staff climate surveys (LCAP)
